    Can I reassign an alias to someone else?

    Yes. If you're a Business Mail owner or administrator, you can reassign any of your aliases:

    1. Visit your Email Control Panel.

    2. Click "Edit User" under the name of the person currently managing the alias.

    3. On the Edit User page, click "Reassign" next to the alias.

    4. In the pop-up that opens, click the radio button next to the user you'd like to now manage this alias.

      Note: You can reassign aliases only to users who have activated their email addresses.

    5. Click "Save."

    You'll see that the alias has disappeared from the user's list of aliases. When you return to the Email Control Panel, you'll find the alias is now associated with the new user.
