How do I update my billing information?

Most AT&T Yahoo! Small Business customers can update their payment information using the Service Summary page. If you're a Yahoo! Store merchant (signed up prior to 09/2003), please see the "Yahoo! Store merchants" section below.

Using the Service Summary page

To update your payment information:

  1. Go to the Service Summary page at https://billing.yahoo.com to view a list of your active services.
  2. Next to the plan name you'd like to edit, click "Update Payment Method."
  3. On the following page, you can update the payment information for this service in one of two ways:
    a) To edit the card you are currently using to pay for your service, click the "Edit" button, edit the card, and click "Continue."
    b) To switch to a different card, click the "Add a new payment method" link in the upper-right corner, select or add a different card, and click "Continue."

Once you have updated the payment information for your service, we'll bill your card using the new information. To update payment information for additional services, return to the Service Summary page at https://billing.yahoo.com and repeat the steps above.

Note: If your account is past due, we'll try to authorize your credit card for the full amount of the past-due invoice. If your card is authorized, your account will become active within one hour, and you should no longer see the online alerts in your account. If you continue to see alerts after updating your billing information, please contact customer care.
