Can't Receive Emails

Please check that your messages are being addressed properly. In order to verify and view your att.net Mail address, please do the following:

  1. Sign in to att.net Mail.
  2. Click the Options menu in the upper-left corner, and select Mail Options from the pull-down list.
  3. From the list on the left side of the page, click Mail Accounts. The mail accounts settings appear on the right.
  4. Click the att.net Mail Extra Address field in the center column.
  5. Type a username for your extra address and fill out the information as requested.
  6. Click Save in the upper-right corner to save your changes.

Please note: If you are an international att.net Mail customer, you may have been assigned a att.net Mail address with a domain specific to the country you indicated on your registration form. att.net Mail offers email addresses with several domains, for example:

  • @yahoo.co.uk
  • @yahoo.com.sg
  • @yahoo.ca

If a message was sent to you with the incorrect country domain, the message may be returned to the sender.
