    Overview: Reports

    Our Reports tab provides you with performance information for your campaigns as well as financial reports, including statements and billing transactions. Performance Reports summarise campaign activity and the Financial Reports list your billing transactions and invoices for your account.

    Benefits

    Performance Reports can allow you to:
    • Analyse the performance of your campaigns, ad groups, and keywords, as well as your spending.
    • Generate more leads, conversions and revenue by helping you identify your most effective:
      • Campaigns
      • Ad Groups
      • Keywords
      • Geographic Locations
      • URLs
    Financial Reports provide you with:
    • A financial statement that’s easy to read and understand to help you with your budgeting.
    • A resource to track all of your billing transactions to help you better determine the most effective spend amount.
    For your convenience, all reports can be downloaded and sorted to your particular preferences.

    How It Works

    Reports are managed in the Reports tab. The Reports Navigator menu lists the reports by:
    • Performance Reports
    • Financial Reports
    The chart below outlines the Performance Reports that are available to you in the Reports tab:

    Purpose of the Report
    Performance Summary
    Summarises your overall account performance.
    Identify your campaigns, ad groups and keywords that most effectively generate leads, conversions and revenue.
    Ad Performance
    Provides performance information of your ads.
    Identify the ads that most effectively generate leads, conversions, and revenue.
    Daily Performance
    Details of your daily campaign performance.
    Analyse day by day performance of your campaigns, ad groups and keywords.
    Keyword Performance
    Shows performance information for your keywords.
    Identify the keywords that most effectively generate leads, conversions and revenue.
    Performance by Geographic Location
    Summarises account-level performance for your geo-targeted campaigns.
    Identify your best performing geographic locations.
    Daily Spending Performance
    Compares your account daily spend versus its daily spending limit.
    Analyse your daily account spend versus account daily spending limit to help you manage your budget.
    URL Performance
    Lists your URL performance information.
    Identify the URLs that most effectively generate conversions and revenue.

    * Please note that you select the date range by clicking on one of the calendar icons. The first calendar icon is used to select a specific start and end date. The second calendar lists common date ranges (yesterday, last calendar week, etc.).

    Purpose of Your Report
    Monthly Financial Report
    Account invoices, statements and activity reports for prior calendar months, which can be downloaded in PDF and text formats.
    View financial statement by month in a user-friendly format.
    Billing Transaction Detail
    Historical billing transactions based on a selected date range.
    Reconcile your billing transactions online.
