Use the Edit User Profile page to review and update your contact details such as your name, mailing address and phone numbers. This information is used for general identification and for contacting you about account issues.

Editing Your User Profile

To edit the name, address or phone number in your user profile:

1. Click the Preferences link in the header of any page in your account. The Preferences page opens.

2. In the Preferences page, click the Edit button at the top of the User Profile panel. The Edit User Profile page opens.

3. Make any changes needed in the text fields.

4. Click the Save Changes button.

Note: You cannot change your username. It is set by the administrator when your account is created and cannot be changed.
