Use the Alerts page to search for, view, and delete alerts. These messages inform you of important issues related to your account and may be related to billing and payment, campaigns, opportunities or editorial issues. You can review your alerts in the Dashboard page or set up your notification preferences to receive alerts via email.
To search for an alert:
Click the Dashboard tab. The Dashboard page opens.
In the Alerts panel, click the View All link. The Alerts page opens.
In the upper right corner of the table, click the calendar icon and enter a date range.
Optionally, select an Alert Type to only return alerts of a particular type.
Optionally, select a Priority to return alerts of a particular priority only.
Optionally, search for alerts related to specific campaigns or ad groups.
Click the Search button. The Alerts that meet your criteria are displayed in the Alerts table below.
To delete an alert:
Click the Dashboard tab. The Dashboard page opens.
In the Alerts panel, click the View All link. The Alerts page opens.
In the Alerts table, click the checkbox next to each alert that you would like to delete.
Click the Delete button. The Delete Alerts dialogue box opens.
Click Yes to delete the selected alerts. The selected alerts will be permanently deleted from your account.
