The following information can help you navigate to the information that’s most important to you the first few times you log in. We advise you to print this guide for easy access during log in.
How your listings were transferred to the new account structure
Previously your account was made up of categories containing listings. Now, your categories have become campaigns containing ad groups. Each ad group contains keywords and ads (titles, descriptions and URLs). Your keywords were organised into ad groups by combining those that were related or similar in some way. Your ads were created by taking text from your existing titles and descriptions that was relevant to each group of keywords.
Finding your keywords
Click the Search subtab from the Dashboard or Campaigns tab and enter your keyword.
Finding your categories
Your categories are now campaigns. Click on the Campaigns tab to see a list of all of your campaigns or use the Search feature.
Viewing your account data
Your graphs and data columns will be blank until you begin receiving impressions and clicks after you upgrade. Also, if you have accrued new data but you adjust the date range for viewing data to a time period that pre-dates your upgrade, no data will be visible. Please note that your performance data that accrued prior to your upgrade date is still available within the Reports section of your previous account.
Renaming your campaigns and ad groups
Select the campaign or ad group and click the Settings button to the right, then click Edit in the General Information box.
Understanding how your budget was applied
Your new account allows you to set daily spending limits at both the account and campaign levels. Your previous monthly budget was divided by 30 to determine your account daily spending limit. No campaign-level spending limits have been set for you; you may choose to enter those limits as necessary.
