When creating a Security Key, we ask you to verify your email address, birthday, postcode, and country. We use this information to verify your identity if you forget your Security Key and request a new one.

We also ask you to choose one of the predefined Security Key Questions, and provide an answer to the question. This, too, is used to verify your identity if you forget your Security Key and try to request a new one.

Please Note: For your security, your birthday and Security Key Question and Answer can't be updated online.
