Yahoo! Search now offers you access to news in a few ways.

Shortcuts
You can get the news you want in a flash using Yahoo! Shortcuts. From the Yahoo! main page just type "news" and any topic into the search box near the top of the page.

For example, to get the latest news about the olympics, just type:

You see a Web Search results page with the top three headlines related to the olympics and links to additional stories. The most recent headline appears first.

Search Results Page
When you use Yahoo! to search the Web, you can try the same search in Yahoo! News just by clicking on a link—you don't have to retype your search terms.

On your search results page, find the link labeled "News" just above your results at the top of the page. Click that link to see all the news results that match the words you entered in the search box.
