To correct this problem, try clearing your Internet Explorer cache:

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. From the menu, select Tools – Internet Options...
3. On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet files section, click on the Settings... button.
4. On the Settings dialogue, select "Automatically".
5. Click OK to close the Settings form.
6. Click OK to close the Internet Options form.
