Using Local Search on Yahoo! Maps for Broadband
Use the "A" box of Get Map and Directions to set your location by entering a location and hitting enter or selecting the Go button.
Once you are satisfied with your search location, enter your search term in the Find on the map box.
Search terms can be specific business names, such as Joe's Pizza. a category such as florist, or free-form such as best margaritas.
Note: To quickly search for something outside of your current map area, use this search shortcut in the Find on the map box.
