What if I want to get every single message in my Inbox that’s sent to my address, even messages that smell a lot like spam?

You can stop SpamGuard from automatically sending suspected spam messages to your Spam folder if you want. It's hard for us to imagine why you would want to do this, but you're the boss. So here's how you do it:

  1. Click Options in the upper-right corner of your Mail page and select Mail Options.
  2. From the list on the left, click Spam.
  3. Under “SpamGuard”, find “Control SpamGuard”.
  4. Click in the check-box to remove the check. You can come back anytime to put a check back in the box and reactivate your very talented and capable SpamGuard filter!
  5. Don't forget to click Save Changes at the top of the page before you leave.

Now any spam you receive will be delivered to your Inbox, and no new messages will go into your Spam folder.

The Spam folder is permanent in your account and can't be removed or renamed. Your Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Trash folders are also permanent.
