Go to the Options page in Yahoo! Calendar and follow the instructions for importing to and exporting from Outlook.

Note: The Import and Export functions do not support Outlook Express. You will need either Outlook97 or Outlook98 to share schedule information.

Also Note: There is currently no way to synchronise Outlook's "Task List" with Yahoo! Calendar's "To Do" list. Sharing information between Outlook and your Yahoo! Calendar is done through the import/export function.

Outlook supports the Comma Separated Value (CSV) format. However, Yahoo! Calendar also supports the Date Book Archive (DBA) format used by Palm devices.

The import, export, and synchronisation of calendar information is not a simple task, so we recommend that you have some experience with this sort of file transfer before attempting to synchronise your Outlook calendar with your Yahoo! Calendar.
