All UK advertisers are bound by the Committee of Advertising Practice (CAP) code on advertising. This code covers all graphical advertising, engagement marketing (i.e. branded placements on Yahoo! products and services), and sponsored search links and is enforced by the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA).

Yahoo! works closely with the ASA, and our advertisers, on the rare occasion that an advert is found to be in breach of this code. If you see an advert on Yahoo! that you think breaches this code, you can report it to the Yahoo! Customer Care team or directly to the ASA.
