Are you on another call? Are you to busy to take a call? No worries. Now that you have Yahoo! Messenger, sending a call to voicemail is easy. When a new call comes in, you will have three options:

• Accept
• Decline
• IM Only

By clicking "Decline," the person trying to call you will hear "The person you are trying to reach is not available, please leave a message." They will not know that you declined the call.

Please Note: If that Open Talk is enabled, you will not be able to send the call to voicemail as you will be directly connected without a prompt to Accept, Decline, or IM Only. To ensure that you are prompted on all incoming calls, change your status to anything other than Open Talk.
