Anyone on your Yahoo! Messenger List can see the Open Talk link next to your name. This is a permission-based feature. Not just anyone can connect to your PC for PC-to-PC calling. Even though everyone that is on your Messenger List can see that you have Open Talk enabled, only those that are on the newest version of Yahoo! Messenger have the opportunity to use this feature.
