As each version of Yahoo! Messenger grows and matures, we add new features to help you out. We removed the toolbar from early versions of Yahoo! Messenger and replaced it with the handy text box for searching contacts via the Contact Search Bar. Don't worry, all the great features of that toolbar are still available. Just use the new search field, menu items, or interact directly with people in your friends list.
