The image in your Webcam Uploader window might be inverted because of your camera setting.

To change the setting:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu and select "My Webcam."
2. In the "My Webcam" uploader window, click the "File" menu, select "Preferences," and choose the "Webcam" tab.
3. Click the "Camera Settings" button.

There is usually a checkbox for "Invert Image" or "Mirror Vertical." Uncheck this box if one exists. If you can't find this checkbox, try searching the other tabs.
