To increase or decrease your image size:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences."
2. Click the "Super Webcam" category.
3. Enable the "Small Image" or "Large Image" option.
4. Click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
