To adjust the frame rate or improve image quality:

1. Click the "Messenger" menu in Yahoo! Messenger and select "Preferences."
2. Click the "Webcam" category.
3. Adjust the frame rate or image quality with the slider provided.
4. Click the "OK" button when you're statisfied with the results.
