You don't need to have a webcam to view another user's webcam. You must first ensure that your friend is broadcasting their webcam.

There are many ways to view a webcam:

IM Window

• Click the "Contact" menu in the IM window, select "Contact Options" and "View Webcam."
• Click the link "View My Webcam" to the right of the contact's ID/name in your Messenger List.

Chat Window

• Select the individual from the Chat List. Click the "Contacts" menu in the Chat window, select "Contact Options" and "View Webcam."

Note: You can no longer request to view an individual's webcam from your Messenger List.
