Yahoo! Messenger cannot access your microphone because Windows indicates that it is already in use by another application. One of the following steps should correct the problem (try them in order):

• Every so often, this error is also displayed if system resources are very low. To solve this, close all other applications running on your computer.
• Restart Yahoo! Messenger with Voice.
• Shut down and reboot your computer.
