What do I do if I get certified mail that’s spam?

Spam? Really? If you’re sure, then click in the spam column to send that message to the Spam folder. But by design, that shouldn’t happen. Certified senders go through a rigorous process to become certified, and they’re bound by rules to ensure they don’t send spam.

Still, if you feel a certified message really is spam, toss it in your Spam folder. That way, any future emails from that address will go straight into your Spam folder. And we’ll notify our partner that a certified sender put out a message that’s believed to be spam.
