You’ll only see a certified mail icon – the envelope with the blue ribbon over it – next to “transactional” messages. Things like bank statements or order confirmations. Important stuff – certified to help assure you of your privacy and of the message’s authenticity.

Only senders who are accredited by our third-party partner, Goodmail Systems, can send certified mail. Be extra careful with a message that appears to be transactional if it doesn’t feature the certified mail envelope icon.
