No! However, messages in Trash are deleted at occasional intervals. Don’t expect messages to remain in Trash for any amount of time.

To permanently remove the contents of Trash yourself, just click Empty next to Trash on the left side of the page. When messages are emptied from the trash folder, they are permanently deleted from the Yahoo! Mail server and cannot be recovered.
