A channel is way of grouping videos that were created by the same source or provided by the same publisher or aggregator. Click a channel result to display all video results from that source, with videos related to your search listed first. A "channel source" could be a Yahoo! upload user who uploaded a collection of videos into their personal channel, or a video publisher such as ABC News or Yahoo! Music.
Channels often show next to individual video results. Clicking a channel result takes you to a page where you can view all videos from that channel, rate the channel, and add the channel to your Favorites.
Adding a channel to your favorites, bookmarks it so you can easily return to it and see any new videos that have been added. (Your saved channels automatically reflect any updates made by the source.)
You can save a channel to your Favorites by clicking on the "Add" button anytime it appears on a page in Yahoo! Video. When you add a channel to your Favorites, click the "Add Tags" button near the channel detail information to add labels to categorize the content. Tags organize sites into labeled groups that you and others can see when you click the "Tag" tab on Yahoo! Video
