Come one, come all. To start a voice conference:

Click Actions and select Invite to Conference.

Select friends or groups from the list and click Add.

Include an optional message.

Check "Enable Voice for this conference" to enable the voice feature.

Finally, click Invite to start the conference.

Note: If you forget to enable voice before launching the Conference, click the "Voice" icon in the conversation window toolbar.
