The more the merrier, we say. Here’s how to start a conference:

Click Actions and select "Invite to Conference".

Select friends or groups from the list and click Add.

Include an optional message.

Finally, click Invite to start the conference. Check "Enable Voice for this conference" to enable the voice feature.
