How do I stop using an IMV?
To return to your normal IM window:
Click the "IMVironment" button located at the top of the Instant Message window and then select the "No IMVironment" option.
To disable IMVs:
Click the Messenger menu and select Preferences.
Click the "Messages" category.
Uncheck the "Enable IMVironments" option.
Click the OK button at the bottom of the window.
