Unlike your Yahoo! Philippines account (johndoe@yahoo.com.ph), ...@yahoo.com users need to pay a yearly subscription in order to enable POP access. If you do not wish to pay for POP access, you can still get access to Yahoo! Mail via WAP by browsing to http://wap.yahoo.com.ph
