Here are some highlights of the new features on Yahoo! Homepage:

  • Yahoo! Sites: This is a quick point of access to all Yahoo! products and services, from Mail to Sports. Just one click can get you to your favorite site.
  • My Favorites: Personalize this list of Apps and web services by adding the ones that matter to you most, putting them in any order you like, and removing the rest. Lots of ready-made Apps are available in the Apps Gallery, plus you can add your own App for any URL you choose. More info
  • Today: Stay on top of the latest headlines by scrolling through new stories in the expanded Today feature, located in the center of your Yahoo! homepage.
  • Popular Searches: Find out what people are searching for on Yahoo! today. Get in-depth information fast on the most popular searches on the Internet.
  • Link to your Profile: Share whatever you want to about yourself with the people you’re connected to. Manage your personal profile through the Profile link in the pull-down menu that appears when you click your Name. More info

  • Status: Change the status message that your Yahoo! connections see, by clicking Have something to share? next to your name at the top of the screen. If you are not signed in, look for it next to New here? Sign Up, and you will be prompted to sign in. More info

  • Page Options: Switch between a full or a compact view of your Yahoo! homepage, change your background color, or switch the positions of the Today and News modules. More info

What Hasn't Changed

  • Link to My Yahoo!: Still located in the upper-left corner of the page.
  • Headlines: News, world, local, and finance headlines.
  • Get Stock Quotes: Located below the News Headlines in the middle section of the page.
