I’m getting an error when I try to sync. How do I fix it?

You should take the following steps to try and fix the problem.

  • Ensure that you have an internet connection.
  • Make sure your username and password are correct. They are case sensitive.
  • Try syncing again in an hour or two. Some errors occur because the service is temporarily unavailable.
  • If all this doesn’t work, try uninstalling the application and reinstalling. You will need to go through the initial sync again, which may take a bit of time…but you should no longer have sync problems.
  • If all this doesn’t work and you’re getting cryptic error codes, please write down the error code and tell customer support.
