There are a couple of reasons why Yahoo!Xtra Address AutoComplete may not work:
- Firstly, you need to double check and see if Yahoo!Xtra Address AutoComplete is enabled. To do this you must go to "Mail Options" and in the Personalization category choose "General Preferences". At the very bottom of the page you will see an AutoComplete setting. Make sure the "Use Address AutoComplete (default)" option is selected.
- If you look above the "To:" field while composing an email and see no reference to Yahoo!Xtra Address AutoComplete; it's most likely that you are currently using a browser that is not supported. See the supported browser list below. You can still insert contacts from your Yahoo!Xtra Address Book by clicking on the "insert" or "To:" link.
