If the recipient or mobile owner fails to reply after the third text message, the sender will receive an error message "Your friend must respond to one of your messages before you can send more" or "This number has chosen not to receive any text messages."

To correct the problem, the recipient or mobile owner should send a text message with the following message body:

unblock all
