On some occassions users may experience problems importing Facebook contacts due to interference from a Pop-Up Blocker running as a part of their web browser. To prevent this, please try disabling any Pop-Up Blockers that are running on your computer. Then try to import your Facebook contacts again.
Pop-Up Blockers may be running as a part of your web browser, your Firewall or even your Toolbar. You will probably only need to temporarily turn off your Pop-Up Blockers while you import your Facebook contacts. Once the import is complete, you should be able to reactivate your Pop-Up Blockers.
