To forward all of the messages sent to your [property_business_email/] to another email address:
Sign in to your account at http://mail.yourdomain.com (be sure to replace "yourdomain.com" with the domain associated with your email address).
If you're using the new Mail interface:
Click "Options" in the upper-right corner of the page, then choose "Mail Options" from the pull-down menu.
On the left side of the page, select the "POP & Forwarding" option.
On the POP & Forwarding page, click the "Set up or edit POP & Forwarding."
The original Mail POP & Forwarding page opens in a new window or tab.
Click the radio button next to the "Forwarding" option.
Important: You cannot forward your mail to another address and use POP at the same time. If you have turned on forwarding, and try to set up POP, you will see an error. To being using POP with your email, simply deactivate your mail forwarding.
Enter the email address to which you'd like to forward your [property_business_email/].
Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
For your protection, you may be asked to verify the forwarding email address that you have entered. If so, follow the onscreen instructions for verification.
Keep in mind that when you forward all of your mail to another email address, new messages will not appear in your [property_business_email/] mailbox. (Messages received prior to enabling email forwarding will remain in your mailbox.)
