Yahoo! India Search brings you a cool visual search experience – search that saves you time by bringing together the best of the Web on any topic in a single page displayed in a visual format.

Also known as Glue, it gives you the most comprehensive information available on the net in a well laid out page where you get information on all relevant and related aspects of what you’re searching for. And there’s more – you can choose to toggle between the visual search experience and the classic search experience, where you see search results vertically.

If you’re on the Glue page, you’ll still see the classic results on the left side of the page, and the rest of the information presented in a compact single-page format. When you want more than just ten links for a query, this is where you’ll find it!

How do I get this experience?

You can find the basic search box on the main Yahoo! page. Or visit our dedicated Yahoo! Search start page. Type a word or phrase into the search box and click "Search."

If there is a Glue page for the search term, you’ll automatically get the Glue experience. Please note that you might not get the Glue experience for all search terms, but you'll see more and more Glue pages being created everyday. Going forward, our aim is to provide more of the Glue experience in place of the classic search experience. But if you would want the classic search experience as well, you can easily toggle between Glue results and classic results.

For example, if you’re searching for Aishwarya Rai, you don’t have to go to different sites to get her pictures, videos, images, artist bio, her filmography or even information on her fan sites – you’ll get it all and more on this unique best-of-the-web search experience.

Related pages

For most of the searches that you do, there are related searches that you will find on each Glue results page. This way, you not only get the best of the web on one page for your search, you also get related search terms so you can get extended information about your search without even having to look for it.

There is also a search box at the top right of the page for you to do other searches while in a Glue page of any search term. We’ve thought of everything you could search for – all you have to do is key in your search query and off we go!

Flagging abuse

For every module of information available on the Glue page for a search query, there is a small red flag at the bottom right of each module for you to flag abuse or irrelevant content.
