Yahoo! Mail alerts help you keep track of your email account while you're away from your computer. You'll receive a 100-character alert SMS message, which includes the "From:" field, the "Subject:" field, and the first sentence of the email message.

Note: Please make sure that you've registered your device before proceeding.

1. Go to the [property_alerts/]' ]Mobile Alerts page and click the "Email" link.
2. Select your mobile device from the pull-down menu and then click the "Save" button.
3. Click the "Go to Yahoo! Mail" button.
4. Click the "Create" button to set up your filter.
5. If you'd like to receive an alert for every email you receive, please complete the "To/Cc contains" field with your Yahoo! Mail address (Yahoo!ID@yahoo.com).
6. Choose a folder from the "Deliver message to:" pull-down menu.
7. Check the box labeled "Forward to my Wireless Device."
8. Click the "Save" button.
