Master Account Users

Use the Master Account Users page to view all users who can access the master account. The master account administrator uses the Master Account Users page to create, edit, and delete users. Each user can be granted access to one or more accounts within the master account.

Finding a Master Account User

You may use search and sort functions to find a specific master account user or group of users.

Using the Search Function

To find users by entering any part of their name or email address:

For example, you may wish to find a user with the last name of Smith.

  1. Click the Administration tab > Master Account Users subtab. The Master Account Users page opens.

  2. Enter "smith" in the Name or Email contains field.

  3. Click the Search button. All users with "smith" in their name or email will be displayed.

To find all inactive users:

For example, you may wish to find users based on user status.

  1. Click the Administration tab > Master Account Users subtab. The Master Account Users page opens.

  2. Select Off from the Status dropdown list.

  3. Click the Search button. All users with a user status of Off will be displayed.

Using the Sort Function

Click any column header to sort the table by information in that column. For example, you can click the Last Name column header to sort the table alphabetically by last name.

Creating a Master Account User

Click the Create a Master Account User link. The Create a Master Account User page opens for you to define a new user. For more information, see Create Master Account User.

Editing a Master Account User

Click the username link. The Master Account User Details page opens for that user, where you can edit the user's information. For more information, see Master Account User Details.
