Palm Pilot, Palm III and Palm Desktop

1. Open Palm Desktop
2. Click on Date Book
3. Select the File | Export menu item
4. Save the .DBA file in a safe location
5. Repeat Export for Address Book (.ABA file), To Do List (.TDA file) and Memos (.MPA file)

1. Open Microsoft Outlook
2. Select the File | Export menu item
3. Select "Export to a File" and press Next
4. Select "Personal Folders File (.PST)" and press Next
5. Select the folders you wish to export - Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Notes
6. Follow the remaining instructions to save the .PST file in a safe location.
