When you make a purchase on Yahoo! Canada Shopping, you are placing an order directly with the merchant. Therefore, Yahoo! Canada does not have any specific information about your order. All questions about your order (including status, specifications, tax, shipping, payment methods, and cancellations or returns) should be directed to the merchant.

Within 24 hours of checkout, each merchant you ordered from should send you an email confirmation. The email will include contact information for any order inquiries and your Order ID. If you do not receive this email, you can locate the contact information for the merchant by following these steps:

• Log in to your Yahoo! account using your Yahoo! ID and password.
• Access the Yahoo! Shopping home page at: http://ca.shopping.yahoo.com.
• Click on the \"Order Status\" link near the top-right corner of the page.
• On the Order Status page, click on the \"Order ID\" of the order in question.
• Click on the \"Customer Service Information\" link listed underneath your order total.

The above steps will only work if you were signed in to your Yahoo! account when you placed your order. However, you can find the merchant's site and contact information if you know your Order ID. Just add the first part of the Order ID to the Yahoo! Store URL (http://ca.store.yahoo.com/). For example, if your Order ID is arnisto-500, the URL of the store from which you've ordered is:

http://ca.store.yahoo.com/arnisto
