If you are creating a new profile, continue through the profile creation process to the Preview and Submit Page and click on the "Add Photos Now" link then follow the steps below.

If you are editing your profile, sign in to Yahoo! Personals, then click on "Edit Profile" on the home page, then click "Edit Photos." From there, follow the steps below.

Please read and understand our guidelines before you upload your photos to ensure that it is posted.

1. Click the "Browse..." button.
2. Locate and highlight the photo file you want to post. Photos must be no more than 5MB and in JPEG format.
3. Click the "Open" button. There may be some delay or lag time while your item is being sent to us, depending on the size of the file and the speed of your web connection.
4. Move on to the next line for the next photo and repeat the process.
5. Click the "Next" button if posting your profile, or click "Save Changes" if just adding a photo.
6. You'll see a preview of your personal profile with your photo(s) included.
7. To submit your changes, click the "Submit Photos" button.

Once submitted, your photo will be reviewed. If approved, your photo will appear on your personal profile within 24 hours. If your photo does not comply with our guidelines, then we'll notify you in your Personals Mailbox. Read more about the profile approval process.

If you encounter any problems in the upload process, please check your system and browser. The current requirements are: Internet Explorer 4.0 or above on Windows 95, 98, 2000, XP; Netscape 4.7 or greater on Windows or Mac; AOL version 6.0 or above.

Note for Macintosh users: Be sure to add a file extension to the name of the item before you click on "Upload." If your picture is a JPEG, add ".jpg" to the end of the name (e.g., cowbell.jpg). You must save your picture in JPEG format before adding the file extension to it.
