If you're using Internet Explorer for Windows, typing things into a form or search box may show entries you've typed in the past.
To turn this feature off:
- Open the "Tools" menu and select "Internet Options."
- Click the "Content" tab.
- Click the "AutoComplete" button.
- Adjust the settings to your liking.
- Click the "OK" button to save your changes.
- Click the "OK" button to close the menu.
