Please make sure you include with your video the appropriate contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address) of the person responsible for executing this agreement. This agreement must be signed by you or your agent before we can place any accepted video on Yahoo! Music.
Do not send us your only copy of the video. Tapes will not be returned and will become the property of Yahoo! Music.
