Video Player does not load completely
If you are using the new Yahoo! Music Video Player and not all components of the player load, preventing you from viewing videos, try the following to clear this situation:
- Click the skip button in the player. In some cases this gets things working again.
- You may need an updated version of the Flash player. To ensure you have the latest version of Flash, click here and click the "Get Adobe Flash Player"
button.
- Close all applications (including the video player) and restart it, then play a video. Once the video plays you can restart all other applications.
- If the solutions above don’t work, reboot the machine then start the player again and play a video. Once the video plays, you can start all other applications.
