Why is my Yahoo! Launchcast Player getting stuck on “Tuning” and the song data will not display?

To correct this problem, try clearing your Internet Explorer cache:

  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. From the top-level menu, select Tools –> Internet Options
  3. Under 'Browsing History,' click the Settings button
  4. On the Settings dialogue, select "Automatically"
  5. Click OK to close the Settings form
  6. Click OK to close the Internet Options form

If this does not correct your problem, you might have ad removal or firewall software that is blocking a necessary portion of the information that your Yahoo! Launchcast Player requires to display correctly. Try following the instructions listed here.
