Yahoo! Music Jukebox cannot match songs from my own music collection with song info in Y! Music Unlimited

If you have added a song from your own music collection but Yahoo! Music Unlimited does not have accurate song information (title, etc.) -- and/or you are not able to rate the music -- there may be several causes:
  1. The Yahoo! Music Jukebox needs more time to retrieve the information. You may have closed the application before the song data was fully received. Try logging back on and leaving the Yahoo! Music Jukebox running for an hour.
  2. The song match in our database was not complete. On occasion, our database of song information may not be able to recognize the song with 100% certainty. If the Yahoo! Music Jukebox is not able to uniquely identify your song and match it to a file in our database, you won't be able to rate the artist and album for this song. If you think the song should be matched but it is not, please report this song so we can investigate.
