How do I close my account?
It is not possible to remove your Yahoo! Mail account without removing your entire Yahoo! account. However, you can set up an automatic response to reply to any emails you receive within your mail account. To set this up, follow these steps: Log into Yahoo! Mail and click the "Mail Options" link in the upper-right corner of the page. Click on "Vacation Response." Fill in the required information and click on the "Turn Auto-Response On" button. Note: When a user writes to an account with an active Vacation Response, they will receive only one response, no matter how many times they write to that account.
