Yahoo! products uses Flash technology. Updating to the current version of Flash can resolve many issues that can occur with Yahoo! products.

To install the current version of the flash player, which is available as a free download, click here. You will need to follow the instructions provided on the download page.


Assuring you have the most recent version of Java.


At Yahoo!, we also use Java technology with many of our products. It requires that Java be installed on your computer and is enabled for use with your browser. You can check to see if you need to to update to a newer version of Java at this website.

Note: You can click on the link under the Download button that says Do I have Java? and it will run a quick check on your system to make sure you have the optimal version installed. You'll then be able to update from there if it is necessary.
