Offering Information

Expected date- Expected offering date of issue in registration. This date comes directly from the syndicate desk at the underwriter firm.

Offer date (same as Date Priced) - Offer date of the issue is the first day the issue is traded publicly.

Proposed Exchange/Ticker- Proposed symbol for issuer's stock on its primary exchange at the time of issue. The proposed symbol and primary exchange are subject to change until the issue becomes publicly traded.

Security Type- Full description of type of security being offered (e.g. Subordinated Notes, Common Shares, and Preferred Shares).

Lead Underwriter-The underwriter maintains a record of activity for the syndicate and underwrites the largest portion of the securities.

Date filed- Date the original registration was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Form filed- Name of Securities and Exchange Commission form filed at the time of registration (e.g. S-1).
Fundamentals

Industry- Corresponds to the primary Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code filed by the company at the time of registration. A separate SIC code is assigned to each line of business in which a company is involved. The primary SIC code indicates the primary line of business for the issuer based on revenues. The primary SIC code will be assigned based on information obtained from Securities and Exchange Commission filings and other corporate documents.

Revenue- Total revenues for last 12 month period as reported in the original SEC filing.

Net Income- Net income after taxes for latest 12 month period. Includes net income from continuing operations, after minority interest, before preferred dividends and before extraordinary items. Unusual or one-time events that are not extraordinary items are not included.

Shares Outstanding - This is the number of shares of common stock currently outstanding -- the number of shares issued minus the shares held in treasury. This field reflects all offerings and acquisitions for stock made after the end of the previous fiscal period.

Shares Filed - Total number of shares filed globally.

File Amount - The number of shares filed multiplied by the expected or file-mid price. This is the total expected amount of the offering.

File Price Range- The price range at which the issuer expects the securities to be offered. The file price is usually set by the underwriter.

Overallotment shares filed- Global overallotment shares (a.k.a. green shoe) option. A green shoe clause in an underwriting agreement provides that, in the case of excess demand, the issuer will authorize additional shares to be sold through the existing syndicate.
